Hawkswood House and The Roundel both have their own private short game areas, where you can practise a wide range of shots and lies. Every visitor to Hawkswood Country Estate can also practise at our 270-yard driving range.
Our golf concierge service can ensure that your Scottish golf trip goes smoothly. We can help you book tee times, hire golf equipment and even arrange transport to the most iconic golf courses in Scotland.
We can also arrange golf coaching with Peter Whiteford, a former European Tour player and has coached players at all levels.

Whether you are planning a small family holiday, or a large reunion, Hawkswood Country Estate is the ideal location.
Each of our self catering lodges offers a mixture of traditional features and contemporary comfort. There are large dining areas and other communal rooms where the whole family can meet and plan the day’s activities. While each lodge can sleep up to ten guests, you can book all three for a large-scale family trip of up to 30 people.
However many are in your party, you will enjoy super king size memory foam beds, en-suite bathrooms, full SKY package, complimentary WiFi and more. Each accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen. But if you don’t feel like cooking, we can arrange a private chef to cater for your party.

This location could not have been more perfect for our group of 16 lifelong friends on a once of a lifetime kind of trip. Eight of us stayed at the Hawkswood House and the other 8 stayed right next door at The Roundel. Both houses were spectacular and had plenty of space for everyone. The golf practice facilities were great and the fact that we had a 250 yard driving range in our backyard was crazy!
We are a group of 7 who have just returned from the weekend staying in the roundel celebrating my friends 40th. I cannot recommend this property highly enough, it is absolutely beautiful! It's very spacious, beautifully furnished and perfectly equipped, for us it was the perfect place to celebrate and relax with friends.

The location and quality of accomadation are spectacular.
The accomodation in particular is of an exemplary standard. A perfect combination of luxury and practicality.

This is a special place and a perfect base to relax and/or to have as a base to explore The Kingdom of Fife.
A magical place. The house is exquisite, grounds amazing and there’s nothing they’ve not thought of. A ‘must see’ property, and a must return! Beautiful, well maintained and had the wow factor in every room. The place is spotless, and the beds the comfiest I’ve slept in. If you are considering staying, I would absolutely go for it. This will make a wonderful wedding venue in the future too. Thanks again for all your support and privacy!
