Whether you are celebrating a milestone birthday, graduation, family reunion or any other event, Hawkswood Country Estate provides everything you need for luxury family retreats.
Each of our three private lodges has five en-suite bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. The well appointed kitchen in each property makes preparing a family meal a pleasure. However, if you want someone else to do it, we can help arrange a private chef.
Each property also has access to a private hot tub , which is the perfect place to relax after a family hike or a day in St Andrews.
Each property also has ample space for celebrations. Hawkswood House has two large reception rooms, complete with log burners. Bowhill House has two sitting rooms and a games room for family competition. The Roundel’s large sitting/dining area offers panoramic views of the Fife countryside.
So whatever family celebration you are planning, Hawkswood Country Estate is the perfect backdrop.

Hawkswood Country Estate offers flexible accommodation options, for the largest families.
You can book exclusive use of the estate, meaning up to 30 people can stay across our 3 luxury properties.
If you want to travel further afield during your family retreat, we can help arrange trips in our luxury Mercedes mini-coach.
Or if you want to stay on the Estate, there is plenty to do as a family.
You’ll have access to our driving range and short game areas, for impromptu golf competitions. You can also explore the Estate grounds, or simply relax and enjoy the view. Hawkswood House has a spectacular terrace balcony, offering breathtaking views of the Estate and Fife countryside.
